I missed the conference but looks like an interesting one. I track Indian S and T through my web site http://www.indusscitech.net
It would have been nice to have the public sector representation such as BHEL,ISRO, AEC, Steel industry etc and others who built the fundamentals of the Indian economy for the first four decades so that liberalization can succeed. Also missing was the Education Sector particularly Tech ed .
